An Open Credit( in lieu of deposit) is required in order to secure the booking.

Payment procedures: Full payment due on arrival.

Cancellation policy: Notice of cancellation is required 72 hours or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. If notice of cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to arrival then 1 nights rental will be charged for stays of 1-6 nights and a 2 night charge for stays of 7+ nights.Once in house if a guest wishes to shorten their stay no refund is given.

Security Deposit (to cover against breakages and damages): No security deposit is required although an imprint of the client's credit card will be taken on arrival to cover against any incidental damages
