If a confirmed booking is cancelled at least 28 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge.

If the reservation is cancelled between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival, we will charge 1 week's rent.

If the booking in cancelled within 14 days of arrival we will charge 3 weeks' rent in high season (1 May - 30 September) and

2 weeks' rent in low season (1 October - 30 April).
